Internal organization chart
The General Police Inspectorate comprises four departments:
- The "administrative and judiciary investigations" department, charged to execute the administrative and judiciary investigations;
- The "controls and audits" department that realizes advice notes, audits and follow-up enquiries but also thematic control operations about certain Police activities such as controls of Police cells, of their missions to keep the public order and of the administrative Police measures;
- The "studies" department, that apart from undertaking studies, annually authors a detailed report for the Ministry with its conclusions and recommendations in the context of its various missions;
- The "disciplinary investigations" department that is in charge of the investigations in disciplinary matters that are initiated by the General Director of the Police.
Furthermore, it has an administration service, a training service and a legal service.
