Making a complaint or filing a report against the police

If you are not satisfied with the service provided by the police or by a police officer, you can submit a complaint (administrative context) or file a report (criminal context) via the complaint form available on the Citizens Portal, guichet.lu.

Persons with reduced mobility may request that members of the IGP come to their home.
